Exactly. Anyone can be a chairman and just fund the club by just borrowing money all the time and using that as an excuse Rolling Eyes

Never has really had alot of funds to support the manager in the transfer windows though has he.

Its his duty as chairman to do everything in his power to resource the club financially, and to make sure it can be as prominent as possible.

You can't go out and spend on a credit card and think that the banks will continually fund your spending sprees, it doesn't happen.

Sell players to buy, maximise exposure through advertising to generate income, or, sell the club for a decent enough price.
